1. Our Role & Business Model

Sparky Doll operates an online store selling cosmetic and beauty products, acting solely as an authorized reseller, retailer and curator of premium local and global cosmetics.

We do not manufacture, produce, formulate, compound, package or create any product sold on this website.
All products are designed, manufactured and packaged by their respective original manufacturers and brand owners, who remain solely responsible for product formulation, ingredients, safety, labelling and regulatory compliance.
Our store features a curated range of local and international brands, and we may add products and brands from any company or country worldwide at any time. The store’s scope is not limited to any particular country, region or brand.
All trademarks, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance indicates the products we resell and does not imply ownership, licence or affiliation beyond a reseller relationship.

2. Products, Sourcing & Authenticity

We resell authentic products supplied by their original manufacturers and authorized channels, in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging.
Product descriptions, ingredient lists, claims, images and certificates originate from the manufacturer. We pass them on in good faith but do not independently verify or warrant their accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.
Colours, packaging and formulations may differ slightly from images or be updated by the manufacturer without notice.
You are responsible for reading the manufacturer’s label, ingredients and usage instructions and for confirming a product is suitable for you.

3. Liability & Disclaimers

Manufacturer responsibility. Because Sparky Doll is a reseller and not the manufacturer, producer or formulator, all responsibility and liability for the design, formulation, ingredients, manufacturing, safety, quality and labelling of a product rests with the original manufacturer or brand owner, not with Sparky Doll.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparky Doll shall not be liable for, and you agree to direct any such claim to the relevant manufacturer, any:

Manufacturing or product defects, contamination, or issues arising from the product’s formula, ingredients or production process.
Allergic reactions, skin irritation, sensitivity or any adverse health effect resulting from the use, misuse or application of a product.
Harm caused by failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings or recommended patch-testing.
Inaccurate, incomplete or changed manufacturer information, claims or certificates.
Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind.

Products are provided “as supplied” by the manufacturer. Except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Health note: we recommend a patch test before first use and consulting a healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin, allergies or a medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues.
Prices and offers may change at any time; obvious pricing errors are not binding.
Payment methods include the options shown at checkout (e.g. cash on delivery and any online options). Title passes to you on full payment.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed.
Unused, sealed products may be returned within the period stated in our returns policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics may not be eligible for return except where required by law or for a verified defect.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sparky Doll name, logo, site design and original content are owned by us or used under licence. Third-party brand and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we resell. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts there shall have jurisdiction. We may update these Terms at any time; the version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
